reply affidavit opposing to the amendment is filed.
2.Having perused the averments as made in the interim
application, it is in the interest of justice to allow the amendment.
Accordingly the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause
(a). Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from
today. A copy of the amended PIL be served on the other side. Reply
affidavit to the amended PIL petition be filed within four weeks from
