Applicant. Since the amendment is necessary for effective
adjudication of the Petition, the same is granted.
2.The necessary amendments shall be carried out within
one week from today. Upon the amendment being effected,
issue notice to the newly added Respondents, making it
returnable on 24.01.2022.
3.The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid
terms.
