Pending revision, he moved an application seeking permission to travel abroad from January, th rd 2022 to 30 November, 2022. This Court vide order dated 23 April, 2019, permitted the applicant to travel abroad, i.e., United States of America, Europe, United Kingdom and Asia

during the period from 1 st May, 2019 to 30 th March, 2020

subject to condition that he would furnish the details of his travel plan, contact details and his place of residence in the respective countries to Juhu Police Station, Mumbai.

2 Applicant is General Manager of one Aries Technical Sales & Services Private Limited and as a part of his service, he is required to travel to different countries for attending exhibitions, conferences and events for and on behalf of the said company. It appears, when the applicant was permitted to travel abroad during May, 2019 to 30 th March, 2020, he abided by the conditions imposed by this Court.
