– Shri Sahebrao Raghunath Konde on record.
2.It is stated that, Respondent No.1 passed away on 12th January
2021 leaving behind the Respondent No.1A as his legal heir and
representative.
The present Application is filed within the period of limitation.
3.In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application,
Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).
4.Necessary amendment in Appeal and connected Applications be
carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
