2The Applicant is in the habit of filing applications after
applications, though on merit this Court has passed order in Criminal Writ
Petition No.1838 of 2021 dismissing the Petition, and also the order in Interim
Application No.1779 of 2021 which was withdrawn by the present Applicant.
3In view of the order dated 06th May 2021 passed in Writ Petition
No.1838 of 2021 dismissing the Writ Petition on merits and in view of the
order dated 25th August 2021 passed in Interim Application No.1779 of 2021
granting leave to withdraw the said Interim Application, we do not deem it
appropriate to entertain the present Interim Application No.2295 of 2021. The
Interim Application No.2295 of 2021 stands rejected.
