1.By this application, a prayer is made that the applicant be permitted to
bring on record the legal representatives of respondent no.1 as shown in the
title of the interim application and the consequential amendment to such
amendment be permitted.

2.I have perused the interim application and averments made therein. In
the interest of justice, the application is required to be granted. It is
accordingly granted in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendments be
carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Amended copy of the
petition be served on all the parties.
