The petitioner has been aggrieved by the rejection of application under Order 7 Rule 11 (d) of CPC, but pending this Civil Revision Application the plaintiff, it is reported, has withdrawn the very suit. According to the petitioner's counsel this Civil Revision Application does not survive.
