transferred and one Doctor Shamali J. Dighade is appointed as
Headmistress. Notice is already issued to Respondent No.2.

newly added Headmistress. Issue fresh notice to her.
Respondent No.4 is a Joint Director. The then Joint
Director has appeared and learned AGP used to represent him. Now,
he is retired and new Joint Director Dr. Murlidhar Prabhakar Wadekar
is to be impleaded.
Amendment application is allowed.
Issue notice to newly added Joint Director.
Matter be kept in the week starting from 06/12/2021.
