By this application, the applicants pray for time to remove office objections in the writ petition which is disposed off vide order dated 26/11/2021.

Vide order dated 16/09/2021, we had granted time to the petitioners to remove office objections in the writ petition. Since they were not removed, the writ petition suffered dismissal. Thereafter, we passed an order dated 26/11/2021 allowing Civil Application No.11709/2021 and granting further time till

09/12/2021. By the said order, we had directed the restoration of the writ petition, subject to removal of office objections. An oral request was moved on 17/12/2021, indicating audacity on the part of the petitioners, stating that objections were not removed.

This is yet another application for the same cause which clearly amounts to wasting the time of this Court which is utilized for passing such orders.

As such, as a last chance and subject to depositing costs of Rs.3,000/- (Rs. Three Thousand) with the Advocate’s Association of Bombay High Court, at Aurangabad, we are allowing the civil application on the following conditions:-

a) All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 06/01/2022 along with deposition of costs;

¶20

b) If both the above directions are complied with, the order dated 16/09/2021 would stand recalled and the writ petition would stand restored at the stage at which it was dismissed and the interim relief would stand continued;

c) If the above directions are not complied with, the order dated 16/09/2021 would continue to operate.
