Considering this prayer and considering the changed circumstances, the permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to make an application for bail before the trial Court for his release on bail in the changed circumstances of filing of charge-sheet. The Application is disposed of accordingly.
