1.The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 198 of

2020, registered with Dadar Police Station, for the offence punishable

under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

2.Learned APP has opposed the prayer of the applicant for

grant of bail on the basis of parity, as according to him, the applicant
was identified by the Complainant.

3.The fact remains that the applicant is behind bar for more
than one year. There are no criminal antecedents.

4.Considering the nature of allegations against the applicant
and the fact that the applicant has already charge-sheeted, a case for
grant of bail is made out. Hence, the application is allowed on following
terms and conditions :

O R D E R

(i)The applicant is released on bail in Crime No. 198 of 2020,
registered with Dadar Police Station, for the offence punishable under
Section 395 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. bond in
the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii)The applicant shall neither influence the prosecution
witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

¶25

(iii)Two consecutive defaults on the part of the applicant in
attending the trial will entail the prosecution to proceed with
cancellation of the bail.
