these applications. She further submitted that looking at the
young age of the applicant Abdul Rehman Abdul Gani Khan in Bail
Application No. 775 of 2021, the trial be expedited.
2.Permission is granted. The applications are allowed to
be withdrawn unconditionally and are disposed of as such.
However, the request made by learned Counsel for the applicants
is reasonable. Considering the young age of the applicant, Abdul
Rehman Abdul Gani Khan in Bail Application No. 775 of 2021, the
trial is expedited.
