The appeal has been filed against the judgment and order passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Udgir in Special Case (POCSO) No. 5 of 2014. The judgment was delivered on 29-03-2019. The State received the copy at late stage. Therefore, the proposal of appeal was filed before the department and there was delay in taking the action at the government level. There was no intentional delay. That may be condoned.
