ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Applicant is ordered to be released on bail on his executing PB and SB in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with direction that till disposal of appeal, he shall attend the hearing of the appeal regularly.
