applicants.
2. After hearing learned counsel for applicants and
after perusing First Information Report, since this Court is of
view that the prosecution case requires trial and, therefore,
when the Court was about to reject the application, learned
counsel for applicants submitted that he wishes to withdraw
the application.
3. The criminal application is rejected and
disposed of as withdrawn.
4. Since learned counsel for applicants is
withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving detailed
reasons as to why the application needs rejection.
