before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 63rd Court, Andheri,
Mumbai, on instructions submits that, complainant shall
delete the applicants (original accused nos.2 and 5) from
the array of the aforesaid complaints, as he does not
desire to prosecute them. Statement is accepted. In that
view of the matter, the complaints stand quashed against
the applicants, by keeping all contentions of the parties
open.
3. Applications are disposed of in the aforesaid
terms.
