2. This application was filed jointly by accused
persons and original complainant, who is applicant No.5, for
quashment of First Information Report dated 1.2.2019
registered with Daryapur Police Station, District Amravati.
3. Learned counsel Shri V.R.Deshpande for the
applicant, submits that during the pendency of this present
application applicant No.5-Sau.Megha w/o Shyam Giri has
filed an affidavit stating therein that after filing of this
application another incident has occurred and, therefore, she
is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

4. In view of the said affidavit, the criminal application is dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
