For a period of about one and half year, the complainant stayed at matrimonial home at Naigaon, Bhiwandi. On the day of marriage, sister–in–law told her that she has been brought from her house by marriage to fulfl their demands. Her father–in–law and mother–in–law had informed the relatives of the informant that the informant had not brought any articles from her parents. She was ill treated. The ornaments, which were given to the informant during marriage were not provided to her for wearing and artifcial ornaments were provided to her. On 13th February, 2018, the informant and applicant went to Manali. During their stay at Manali, they had clicked photographs. The brother–in–law of complainant forced applicant to upload photograph on the family group. The brother–in–law collected photographs and without consent of complainant posted private photographs of honeymoon on family group. He also uploaded them on WhatsApp status. The informant did not like the attitude of the accused, and, hence, there was quarrel between them. On 10th May, 2018, the informant and applicant went out for having food. On returning, home, the mother–in–law and sister–in–law taunted
