1. This is an application for anticipatory bail in C.R. No. I-

606 of 2021, registered with Mumbra Police Station for offences
punishable under Sections 354, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the
Indian Penal Code (for short ‘I.P.C.’).

2.The case of the prosecution is that the complainant was
walking along with her husband. The applicant and the co-accused
approached the complainant. Co-accused Zakir put his hand around
waist of the complainant and outraged her modesty. Role attributed to
the applicant that he was in the company of co-accused Zakir.

3.Learned APP on instructions submitted that co-accused has

been arrested and he has been granted bail.

4. Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is not having any criminal antecedent.

5.Considering the factual aspects of this nature, custodial
interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

6.Hence, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1845 of 2021 is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with in

C.R. No. I-606 of 2021 registered with Mumbra Police
Station, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P. R.
Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in
the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 28^th , 29^th and 30^th September 2021 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called for till filing of the charge-sheet.

(iv)Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
