1 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present Writ Petition assails the order passed by the Family Court granting interim maintenance in favour of respondent wife, pending the Hindu Marriage Petition filed by the petitioner. Learned counsel makes a categorical statement that the said petition is subsequently converted into a 13B Petition and in the said petition, consent terms have been filed by the parties.
2 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that since his client has not contacted him, he is not aware of any of the aforesaid developments.
