1.The learned counsel for respondent No.1 has placed on
record a copy of email dated 3rd July, 2019 sent to him by the
Respondent.
2.The contents of the email reflects that at the relevant time,
when the proceedings of which quashing is sought are filed, the
respondent was residing at Pune. She has further declared that cases
being M.A. No. 5177 of 2015 pending on the file of J.M.F.C., Pune and
Dusane

Marriage Petition No. 184 of 2015 pending on the file of Family Court,
Pune will not be proceeded with before Pune Court.
3.In view of above, contents of email placed on record by the
learned counsel for respondent no.1, the Petitioner submits that present
petition be disposed of with liberty to approach the Courts below in the
proceedings referred to in the email dated 3rd July, 2019 for disposal of
the said proceedings.
4.The petition, as such disposed of with liberty as prayed.
