1 By the present Interim Application, the only modification that deserve to be granted to the order dated 27th November 2020 is as regards furnishing of sureties. The applicant was admitted to bail on executing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/- and on furnishing one or two sureties of the like amount. The applicant has expressed difficulty in arranging for the said sureties and though the order has been passed on 27th November 2020, inspite of serious efforts, he has not been in a position to procure the same.
