After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between the parties that the Petitioner's review application before the Joint Divisional Registrar of Co-operative Societies, from the impugned order dated 30 August 2018, shall be expeditiously heard by the authority and, pending such decision, the impugned order dated 30 August 2018 shall remain stayed. It is ordered accordingly. The Divisional Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies is directed to dispose of the review application as expeditiously as possible and, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of service of this order and either party may bring this order to the notice of the Divisional Joint Registrar. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
