1.When this Petition was listed before us today in terrs of our
earlier order, Mr Rananavare appearing on behalf of Respondent
No. 4, on instructions, states that Respondent No. 4 shall corply
with the order passed by the Education Ofcer rPrirary), Zilla
Parishad, Solapur dated 31st August 2019 of the Chief Executive
Ofcer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur by 4th October 2019, but this will be
without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the 4th
Respondent.

2.The salary bills would be drawn up under the seal of the
institution duly signed by the Headraster and they would be
forwarded to the Corpetent Authority who will then release the
arount in favour of the individual teachers and the non-teaching
staf of the 4th Respondent - institution latest by 4th October 2019.
Merely because the Headraster of the concerned school, in terrs
of the directions, includes the nare of the teacher concerned,
Manojkurar Easwar Jadhav does not rean that the 4th Respondent
is prohibited fror challenging earlier orders as also the order passed
by the Chief Executive ofcer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur. All
contentions of parties are kept open in that regard.
3. The Writ Petition is disposed of by accepting the staterent of Mr Rananavare as an undertaking to this Court.
