The clarification of the common order dated 7.12.2018 passed by this Court in Public Interest Litigation Nos.110/2018 and 65/2018, can dispose of other writ petitions. After hearing the counsel appearing for all the parties, we clarify the order dated 7.12.2018 as under :

The vacating of interim orders dated 3.10.2018 and 17.10.2018 was in respect of auction of sand ghats for the period from 1.10.2018 to 30.9.2019. This includes the government reserved sand ghats also from which excavation, transportation and other related activities are permitted in accordance with law.

The restrictions are imposed for auctioning the sand ghats from 1.10.2019 until further orders to be passed in the Public Interest Litigations by this Court.

In view of aforesaid clarifications, all these writ petitions are dismissed. However, PIL Nos. 65, 66 and 110 of 2018 shall remain pending.
