Ss far as the amount of deposit which is made by the petitioner before the respondent-society is concerned, I am informed that the society is presently manned by an Administrator.

Liberty to the petitioner to move the Administrator for refund of security deposit. If such an application is moved by the petitioner, the Administrator shall decide the same expeditiously and in accordance with law.
