.In view of the interim order passed by this
Court on 08.05.2019, the petitioners in both these
petitions were considered for selection for the post of
Professor in Oil Technology. We find that both the
petitioners are not selected. This is apparent from the
minutesof the meeting of the Selection Committee held
on 08.05.2019, which is placed before us.

2.In view of above, it shall be open for the
petitioners to challe nge the rejection of their
candidature, as permissible in law, if it is so advised. All
questions are left open. The sealed covers of the
proceedings are returned to the learned Counsel
Shri Puranik; appearing for the respondent No.1.

3.With the above observations, both petitions
stand disposed of.
