.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2.Considering the limited grievance of the
petitioner, the petition can be disposed of with
direction at the admission stage.
3.The petitioner is widow of deceased employee of
Zilla Parishad, Hingoli. Application/representation
submitted to respondent No.3 the Chief Executive Officer,
Zilla Parishad, Hingoli on 04.05.2018. It is stated in
the application/representation that the petitioner was
facing serious ailment from the year 1978. Husband of the
petitioner was appointed as Gramsevak in the year 1969 at
Panchayat Samitti, Wasmat. In the year 2006 husband of
the petitioner stood retire on superannuation. It is
stated in the application that husband of the petitioner
was facing serious ailment from the year 1978 to 1981 and
submitted application for leave. His applications are
allowed. Then it is further stated that though the
respondent authority particularly the authority of the
Zilla Parishad extracted work from the husband of the
petitioner, subjected the husband of the petitioner to
deprivation of his legal entitlement. It is stated in the
application/representation though various representations
were submitted for grant of benefits such as difference
amount against the rise in payscale, gratuity, pension
etc. but no heed is paid. The petitioner has placed on
record the certificates issued by the various private
hospitals to submit that the husband of the petitioner
was ailing for long time . The petitioner herself is her
advance age i.e. 62 years of age.
4.Considering this fact the petition can be
disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to decide
the application/representation dated 04.05.2018 as early
as possible and not later than 10 weeks from the date of
order of this Court, needless to state on the merits of
the application and on verification of the record.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is
disposed of.
