Collector would not serve any purpose, since it is already decided that the Petitioner is eligible to secure permanent alternate accommodation and therefore, the Petitioner should make a representation to Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA). The Petitioner agrees to make a representation to the SRA seeking appropriate reliefs. In the event of the Petitioner fling such representation before the SRA within two weeks from today, the SRA shall decide the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
