3 The learned APP has invited our attention to letter dated 15th July 2019 signed by prisoner through jail. The signature of prisoner upon it is verified by Jailor who is present in Court.

4 The petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and submits that if any fresh application is moved by him for furlough/ parole it should be considered sympathetically.
5 The learned counsel (appointed) submits that in view of paradigm change, as reformative theory is now being resorted to, the approach which furthers the objects of granting formal leave should be directed to be adopted. The learned APP opposes any such direction.
6 We permit applicant to withdraw the present petition. If he moves any application for parole or furlough, the same shall be looked into, in accordance with law by competent authority. Keeping all contentions of petitioner open with above directions we dispose of the writ petition. Order to be communicated to the prisoner in jail.
