permission under Section 44 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town
Planning Act 1966 so also the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation
Act 1949 and DC Regulations applicable to the region shall be
disposed of as stated before us as expeditiously as possible and in
any event on or before 11th October 2019.
