2 The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that at the time of filing present First Appeal, they deposited sum of Rs.25,000/- in the Registry of this court. He submits that the said amount be transferred along with accrued interest to the MACT, Mangaon Dist. Raigad in the account of MACP No.109 of 2013.
3 Considering these facts, following order is passed
a. First Appeal as well as Civil Application stand disposed of as withdrawn.
b. No order as to costs.
c. Registry is directed to transfer sum of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant along with accrued interest to the MACT, Mangaon, Dist. Raigad in the account of MACP No.109 of 2013.
d. Insurance Company is permitted to withdraw the said amount from the MACT, Raigad without furnishing any security.
