It is submitted that the original petitioner expired on 10^th January, 2019 during pendency of the related writ petition i.e. Writ Petition No.8727 of 2017. In paragraph No.2 of the civil application it is stated that the following

are the surviving legal heirs of the original petitioner:-

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, prayer for substitution is allowed.

Let the legal heirs of the original petitioner as above be substituted as petitioner Nos.1A to 1E in the related writ petition.
