Learned advocate Mr. L. C. Patil submits that, he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondents in all the matters. 2. He is tendering the Vakalatnama, office to accept the same. 3. The applications have been filed for getting delay of 1065 days condoned in filing first appeal. The acquiring body intends to challenge the Judgment and award passed by learned reference Court.

The learned advocate appearing for the respondents-claimants is strongly objecting the applications on the ground that, there is huge and inordinate delay which has not been properly explained. 5. Taking into consideration the reasons those have been mentioned in paras No.2 to 4 steps were taken by the acquiring body to obtain sanction to make the funds available. Under such circumstance liberal approach is taken. Delay stands condoned. For those reasons the civil applications stand allowed an disposed accordingly.
