Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that he is ready to deposit the amount in terms of the award passed by the Tribunal within four weeks.

Considering the submissions advanced, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', subject to deposit of amount in terms of award i.e. including interest and costs till the date of payment within four weeks from the date of this order. The amount be deposited in this Court. Failure to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, interim relief granted shall stands vacated automatically without further reference to Court.
