1] The Applicant is arrested on 28th January, 2019, in connection with C.R. No. 40 of 2019 registered with Andheri Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 353, 332, 504 and
506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 185 of the Motor Vehicle Act.
2] The case of the Prosecution is that the Applicant was riding motorcycle and obstructed the policemen in discharge of his duty. While he was questioned by him, the Applicant has allegedly caught hold the caller of the policemen and assaulted him by fist blows.

3] The Applicant is in custody for a period of one month. The investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed. Further detention of the Applicant is not called for. Learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submitted that there are no criminal antecedents against the Applicant. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, bail can be granted on certain conditions.
