Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 331/2018 registered with Khed Police Station, Dist. Pune for offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 306, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4 Having regard the fact that investigation in the matter is already over and the applicant is behind the bar for almost more than five months, in my opinion, case for grant of bail is made out. Hence, following order:
(A) Applicant be released in Crime No. 331/2018 registered with Khed Police Station, Dist. Pune on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.
