This is an application for discharge. The application is filed by Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for appellant. The application is annexed along with notice dated 30.07.2018 intimating appellants that he wishes to withdraw Vakalatnama since there are no instructions from them. Postal receipts as well as acknowledgment is also filed on record.
In execution of non bailable warrant, appellantMohan is already sent to jail.
In that view of the matter, application is allowed. Mr. C.A. Joshi, Advocate stands discharged from the proceedings.
