This Court, while granting interim protection to applicant by its order dated 12.02.2019, on considering F.I.R. prima facie noted that there are no ingredients attracting offences punishable under Sections 353 and 506 of I.P.C. and had granted
anticipatory bail.

ORDER
Interim bail granted to applicant dated 12.02.2019, stands confirmed.
3 In view of the fact that charge-sheet is already filed, applicant
