All of them shouted and entered in the cabin. Prior to that Rajesh Mahal Aher was assaulted on the road opposite Police Station by Keda Tanaji Aher and his associates by fist and kick blows. Rajesh Aher also came to the Police Station shouting and complained that he has been assaulted. At that time, there was quarrel between him and other persons gathered in the hall of the Police Station i.e. Sanjay Tanaji Aher, Milesh Nikam and others. Milesh Nikam, Sanjay Aher and their associates assaulted Rajesh Aher. The Police intervened and separated them. Rajesh was made to sit in R.T.P.S. room. His wife was also made to sit in the said room. Both of them protested and banged with hands on the table. Keda Aher, Sanjay Aher and his associates were asked to sit in the cabin. Keda Aher, Sanjay Aher and his associates manhandled police, complainant and other staf at the Police Station. Keda Aher quarrelled with the complainant and threatened that Ashok Aher be removed out. Otherwise, there will be dire consequences. He banged on the ofice table and created ruckus questioning why his person has been arrested.
