with the Rules and the Maharashtra Court Fees Act. The date of
this order will be the date of the claim for repayment within meaning
of Section 43 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act and its proviso.
The Registry will issue a certificate at the earliest on production of
an authenticated copy of this order.
