3 We are unable to accept the said contention urged by the Learned Counsel today, as on the last date i.e. 27-9-2018 no such stand was taken by the Respondent No.6 society and in fact the Learned Counsel Mr. Bagla on the said day had feigned ignorance as to who had put the lock on the premises in question. It is also required to be noted that in the OC plan the 4 premises which are now to be allotted to the Petitioners have been shown as earmarked against the entry Nos.81, 82, 83, and 84 of Annexure-II. Once that be so, the right claimed by any other person in respect of the said premises cannot be countenanced. The Petitioners having approached this court by way of the above Petition for being handed over permanent alternate accommodation, the same would undoubtedly have to be handed over to the Petitioners having regard to the fact that they have been earmarked for the Petitioners in the OC plan. We therefore direct the SRA to hand over keys of the said 4 commercial premises which are to be allotted to the Petitioners as permanent alternate accommodation within the outer limit of 6-10-2018. The Petitioners to however remain present on site tomorrow i.e. 5-10-2018 at 3.00 p.m. for being handed over the keys of the premises. The SRA to ensure that no untoward incident takes place on the site on the said day.
