1] Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard by consent of parties.

2] Petitioners have approached this Court being aggrieved by the Order passed by Respondent – Education Officer, thereby rejecting the approval to the appointment of the Petitioners.

3] In the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of the Respondent - Education Officer, it is stated that Respondent – Education Officer shall withdraw the impugned order and pass a fresh order in accordance with the Judgment of Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.8587 of 2016 with connected Writ Petitions dated 10^th July 2017.

4] In that view of the matter, Respondent – Education Officer is directed to decide the issue in the light of the Judgment of Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.8587 of 2016 with connected
