I. On page 19, paragraph number 16 (9th line), the sentence "The petitioners filed application U/s 17 of the SARFAESI Act" is required to be replaced by "The Respondents filed application U/s 17 of the SARFAESI Act".

II. On page 20, paragraph number 16 (4th line), the word "the Petitioners" is required to be replaced by "the Respondents".

III. On page 20, paragraph number 17 (2nd line), the word "the Petitioners" is required to be replaced by "the Respondents".
