As the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, submits that an application for expediting the hearing of the Special (C) Sessions Case No.31/2015 under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2002 (POCSO Act) will be moved. The concerned designated Court shall decide such application for expeditious disposal of the trial on its own merits.
