In view of the above, the Advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
As the withdrawal of petition is unconditional, Shri Abhijit Deshpande learned Advocate for the respondent No.2 - University and Shri N.A. Gaikwad, Advocate for the respondent No.1 are not having objection for withdrawal of the petition.
