1] The limited relief claimed in the Petition is that though
the Petitioners have approached before the Respondent No.3 in pursuance to the order dated 16th July 2018, the application of the Petitioners was not decided within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court by the said order.
2] The Petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to
the Respondent No.3 to decide the application of the Petitioners preferably within a period of two week from today.
