1 The only relief sought in the above Writ Petition is that the Respondent No.1 be directed to decide the Application/Appeal filed by the Petitioner being No.2 of 2017 within a particular time frame. The High Power Committee by an order dated 18/03/2017 had rejected the said request made by the Petitioner.
2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it appropriate to direct the High Power Committee to hear and decide the Application/Appeal filed by the Petitioner being No.2 of 2017 latest by 31/01/2019. With the direction as afore-said, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
