Since the said application is pending for more than one year, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing Apex Grievance Redressal Committee to dispose of said application bearing No. 22 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
