1 The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners in the above Petitions states that insofar as Writ Petition No.12906 of 2015 is concerned, the Petitioner has taken away the papers from him as probably he does not want to prosecute the above Writ Petition. The learned counsel further states that though a notice has been issued to the Petitioner by him informing the Petitioner that he would withdraw his appearance, which notice has been received by the Petitioner as long back as on 27th June 2018, there is no response from the said Petitioner.
